The immune system carries the same function in the body as the man does in the home. Why are women ten times more likely to develop clinical symptoms than men? We must first ask ourselves questions like, why are women ten times more likely to carry the weight of both her, and that of a man? How many women are not only attacked from without by the world, but attacked from within by their men? How many blame, or attack themselves when baby daddy’s don’t do their part? Some may say, well her man attacking her is not the same as her body attacking itself. But I beg to differ, since the scripture makes it clear that the two become one flesh.2 Whether or not they got married “legally” according to our laws doesn’t change the fact that scripturally the coming together of a man and woman in the act of consummation, makes them one flesh. Whether it is his wife’s body or his lover’s body when he mistreats it, what he does to hers he does to his, yet the manifestation of it on her may result in an autoimmune disease, and as it relates to him may result in heart disease. The very design of our reproductive organs point to the fact that we take in what he puts out. Those who are supposed to protect the home, like the immune system is supposed to protect the body, turn on themselves. There are those who suffer, for all intensive purposes having no immune system at all, and others who suffer from having a defective immune system. Many women suffer from having no father or husband at home; others suffer from having an abusive husband or father at home. Both end in the woman being attacked by reason of either having no protection, or by being attacked from within. To make matters worse most women when in an abusive relationship tend to shut down, they hold their pain in, isolate themselves from others, and blame themselves for their abusive spouse or fathers behavior. The more abuse they suffer the more they hold in, the more they hold in, the more their body begins to mimic the natural behavior. Therefore what is taking place within her spirit man mimics that which is taking place physically. Paul says it this way, there is first that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.3 This is why it is important to realize that pain is an alarm clock, letting us know that there is something wrong going on inside that we need to address. YHWH in His infinite wisdom uses our pain as an alarm clock to let us know what we are doing, or thinking is leading us towards death. The purpose of pain and disease is to alert us that we need to address the root issue before the root issue addresses us. So, if you will face the physical root you will fix the spiritual root, and do for your body what no pill on the market can do.
Your immune system protects you from outside invasion, if you have no security system to protect your person or your stuff, eventually a foreign invader will come in to attack you. Same thing goes for your body, if your immune system doesn’t function, it’s only a matter of time before a foreign disease comes in and invades you whether it is airborne or otherwise.
The other scenario is you have a husband, or father, but instead of him being your protector, they become your persecutor or accuser. Instead of being your victor they become your enemy, this is what happens in autoimmune diseases, that which is suppose to protect you, attacks you. We also see the same thing in the Church, rather than uplifting one another we attack one another. Rather than look at what the church is doing right we focus our energy on what they are doing wrong. Thus fulfilling the prophecy spoken of by Yahoshua a house divided against itself will not stand. Because we are members of one body, not two, which means when one body rejoices we all rejoice, and when one suffers we all suffer.4 An immune system fighting against its host fights against itself, until eventually it takes the host out. In war we would call this friendly fire, when a soldier takes out one from his own platoon. In the body it is called autoimmune disease, when the immune system attacks its own.
On the contrary men are more likely to have heart disease, “heart disease, for example, affects many more men than women. Studies have shown that estrogen, to some degree, protects premenopausal women from heart disease—a major reason why menopausal women often choose to go on estrogen therapy. Even men who are at risk for heart disease might benefit from taking drugs that mimic estrogen’s heart-protecting effects.”5 I don’t believe externally mimicking the hormonal imbalance is a sustainable answer to a problem that really stems from a spiritual root. Not to mention, we don’t know what direct effects may occur from increasing estrogen in men. I disagree with Dr. Denise Faustman, who believes the answer to this dilemma will be found by means of a pharmaceutical wonder drug, while it may provide temporary relief; it won’t ultimately cause the change in the lifestyle that is necessary to overcome the condition. On the contrary, I believe essential oils hold tremendous promise in helping to deal with a lot of these issues with none of the direct effects from synthetic concoctions. In the wondrous balance of nature one can achieve the benefits of hormonal balance without the side effects of synthetic alternatives. For instance, therapeutic grade essential oils break beyond the blood brain barrier making them excellent catalysts for bringing to the surface emotional trauma that is at the root of interrelational issues, so that if a person is willing to face that which causes destructive patterns they can address them. Many people have benefited from Emotional Release techniques utilized by CARE founder Dr. David Stewart which utilizes therapeutic grade essential oils. Although this technique does not boast the extensive research of its allopathic counterpart, it also has none of the adverse direct effects that comes with allopathic medicine either. This makes it, in my opinion a safer and preferable first choice to modern medicine modalities.
What I mean by addressing deep seeded emotional issues is calling them up to remembrance for the purpose of confessing those deep seeded issues to the Father so that you might be healed. The bible gives instructions on how to safely address such issues for results.6 In many of the healings that the Messiah performed, as the greatest Physician that ever lived, we see that He addressed their sinful condition prior to proclaiming them being released from sickness. Consistently, he would say such things as your sins have been forgiven, now do or don’t do this or that. In fact the spiritual root of disease was so common in the understanding of his disciples that the one instance that it wasn’t because of sin that a man was afflicted his disciples asked who sinned that this person was born blind. (John 9:2) This reveals that our disease has a link to sin whether it is our sin or the sin of our parents (genetic diseases) is the rule, and sin not being the root is the exception.
Unhealthy patterns of internal hatred towards self or the one who is attacking you leads to bitterness, unforgiveness, and from there the only direction you can go in is death. When we don’t forgive others or ourselves we consider ourselves unworthy of forgiveness from the heavenly Father. Only when we recognize who we are and whose we are, are we able to overcome the destructive pattern and seeds sown by our earthly father’s, husbands, and/or lovers. Our value must come from a Higher Source then that which is in the natural, a Source that is not subject to making the same mistakes our earthly examples make. Therefore, if we open ourselves up to seeing the Spiritual original, then we won’t be susceptible to the weaknesses of the physical counterfeits.
Because we were made in the image and likeness of Yah, not in the image or likeness of a monkey or any other animal or out of space phenomena it is only a matter of time that a person who has mistreated their own flesh and blood will suffer from the conviction that will surely come to attack their heart. I believe it is the longsuffering of Yah that allows them to live long enough to give them a chance to repent, if indeed it is possible for them to find a place of repentance. Scripture says, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” (Pro 4:23) Men are supposed to be the keepers of the heart; perhaps it’s their lack of keeping the heart that has caused them to be more susceptible to heart disease. So in the end she suffers from a disease that kills her slowly and silently while he will die of a disease that will kill him suddenly and loudly. Yet if we would hold on to the fact that YHWH said if we would confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.7 Making it evident to me that one can’t go wrong by first addressing the spiritual root, before picking at the physical fruit of their disease.

4For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

6 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
7If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
